  1. Sneaklin will exercise reasonable care and skill in performing shoe care services, but cannot guarantee the restoration of all damages or stains.

  2. The customer acknowledges that certain risks may be associated with the shoe care process, including potential color changes or damage to materials.

  3. Sneaklin is not liable for any damages resulting from pre-existing shoe conditions, including but not limited to wear and tear, manufacturing defects, or improper previous repairs.

  4. In the event of loss or damage to your shoes while in our care, Sneaklin will work with our insurance provider to facilitate a claim for the replacement value of your shoes. We will offer the following options to expedite the process: (a) Repair at no additional cost (if possible), or (b) Full refund for the shoe care service and the insurance claim amount for your shoes.

  5. The customer agrees to pay the agreed-upon fee for the shoe care services rendered by Sneaklin.

  6. Sneaklin reserves the right to refuse or cancel services if the shoes are deemed unsuitable for cleaning or if there are concerns regarding health and safety risks.

  7. The customer understands that the turnaround time for shoe care services may vary depending on the complexity of the job and current workload.

  8. Shoes will be held for 72 hours after notification of completion. A storage fee of N1,000 per day will be applied to uncollected shoes after 72 hours. Unclaimed shoes after 30 days of non-payment of storage fees may be donated or disposed of.

By engaging our services, you grant authorization to Sneaklin to conduct shoe care procedures on your footwear in accordance with the terms and conditions specified herein.
