    A: You can place an order by using the pickup request form, calling us, or visiting our store. You can also ship us your shoes directly by sending a message to +234 (0) 70 8770 9372.

  • Q: How long will it take to get my shoes back?

    A: The turnaround time varies depending on the level of cleaning required and the number of shoes being cleaned. You can expect to receive your shoes back within 5-7 business days.

  • Q: Can you clean all types of shoes?

    A: We can clean most types of shoes, including leather, suede, canvas, and athletic shoes. However, we may not be able to clean certain materials or types of shoes, such as those with intricate designs or embellishments.

  • Q: Do you offer any additional services?

    A: Yes, we offer additional services such as water and stain-resistant treatments, leather conditioning, and midsole unyellowing. These services would be recommended to you by a shoe care technician.

  • Q: How much does your service cost?

    A: The cost of our service depends on the type of shoes, and any additional services requested. You can find our pricing information here or by contacting us directly.

  • Q: How will I know my bill?

    A: An itemized invoice will be sent to your email/WhatsApp once your shoes have been received and inspected.

  • Q: What happens if my shoe gets damaged/lost?

    A: We will need 5-7 days to internally investigate how the item got damaged. For most damages we have rectification methods but in case we are unable to rectify the issue and we are at fault, then we will reimburse you as per our T&C's.

  • Q: What happens if I'm not happy with the cleaning result?

    A: If for any reason you are not satisfied with the results of our cleaning service, please contact our customer service team. They will arrange to have your items picked up and cleaned again at no extra cost to you.
